SUFFERING
In John 11&12, Jesus created a sensation by the raising of Lazarus after being dead for three days. John 11:45-50, following this, the Sanhedrin (the elite Jewish religious council), held an emergency meeting as they were worried that if Jesus turned the hearts of the people, that this would affect their comfortable religious organisation. Nothing has changed in 2004! The elite denominational religious leaders of today are frightened of the “Sonship” message and the Kingdom Day prophets. They are scared that if their sheep hear the Words of these prophets, it will expose their own lack of knowledge, so their pride is the moat which protects their religious fortresses of control, assets, and the manipulation of their diminishing numbers of people.
You see, the Sanhedrin of Jesus day is no different to the religious dictators who permeate Christianity today. I do not speak against the true Church of Jesus Christ or His precious saints, but I denounce the man-made religious organisations that imprison and control the saints. I know of religious organisations in my own city which have man-made rules for living which the people must abide by. The dynastic leaders of these “churches” have to give their approval before people can do certain things in their private lives. If they disobey these cultish rulers they are disciplined by them. They dictate by fear, and it is not the Spirit of God. If you are locked into such a system, then I encourage you to leave and ask The Lord to lead you to a gathering of believers who will enfold you with the Love of Jesus in the true liberty wherein He has set you free. If you are a leader or pastor reading this, if you are truly appointed by The Holy Spirit, then you are a shepherd and you will give your life for your sheep. Sadly, too many “shepherds” today are more interested in fleecing the sheep than feeding them.
Jesus was aware of these Sanhedrin schemers and the dangers which they could inflict, and in John 11:54 we are told that He left the area and sought obscurity in a village in Ephraim. He was not interested in suffering murder under these people for the sake of suffering at that time!
I speak to you my brothers and sisters in the womb of our perfecting. As Jesus did, keep away from the religious Sanhedrin of our day. They will not receive our word at this point, and there is no point or gain in suffering under their criticism and judgement for the sake of suffering. The word “Ephraim” literally means “doubly fruitful”. We have our “Ephraim”, which is the “secret hiding place of Jesus’ presence” which He has drawn us to, and where we will emerge from, with the “double portion blessing of the Sons of God”. Stay in this place until the time of His appearing in us, when we are revealed as the Sons of God, The Elect, His Faithful Ones. My beloved, this time is near. Amongst our company, the Lord has “watchmen on the walls”, and these watchmen can see the times, and attest to you that the “Day-star of Jesus Third Day is arising in our hearts”, and the night of His two ‘church days” is far spent.
Mainline Christianity is looking into the physical skies with physical eyes for Jesus appearing, instead of looking into the Spiritual cloud of His Glory, for His Spiritual Appearing in His Sons. I sound a warning to the natural lookers, that like Israel of old missed His first coming, you too will miss the coming of His Kingdom to this earth as He appears in His Elect.
In the Lazarus incident, Jesus was avoiding the death which the Sanhedrin would have inflicted at that time, yet He was resolute in eventually dying. Why?.... Because murder had no place for Him, only death by the FREE-WILL SACRIFICE OF HIS LIFE, which would atone for the sin of the world.
Nowhere in the life of Jesus was there any ascetic suffering for His own promotion or religious show. When He finally faced death on the cross at Calvary, it was because “the hour was come”. He faced His own sacrificial death and suffering for the sin of the world, because He was the sinless Lamb of God. Now we see a difference – His death was by sacrifice for us. He laid down His Life Freely. The Sanhedrin was eventually the vehicle God used for Jesus to offer Himself up to fulfill all things.
In John 12:9-19, Jesus enters Jerusalem and is surrounded by public acclaim and in v 13, the crowd ascribed the Zion blessing to Him. They recognized who He was from the raising of Lazarus. He didn’t use this popularity for His own advantage, but used the occasion to fulfill scripture – v 14,15. His disciples didn’t understand at the time, but realized the significance later. In v 19 the religious Sanhedrin realized the futility of their efforts to stop Him, for they saw “the whole world running after Him”. In the third Day of Jesus, the Millennium Kingdom Day, you are going to see this all happen again, but this time in respect of His Sons. The ones who were earlier attempting to kill Him were now silenced, for He was presenting Himself as a sacrifice.
Beloved Sons of God, The Lord would say to you, “Fear not the religious of your day, or those who would seek to slay you. Their works are futile against the plans I have laid down for My own Glory. Stay in Ephraim until I birth you in Jerusalem and then the whole world will run after you as you speak the Words which I am inscribing in your hearts. I have already received you as living sacrifices according to your hearts, and your ministry will be to bear My Glory in the earth. Yes you have suffered but this has been that I might perfect you. Trust Me and listen to My prophets for they speak My Word to you”.
As you go on in John 12, you see some Greeks seeking after Him. His disciples told Jesus this and His answer was that the hour had come for Him to be Glorified. In v 24, He taught them the principal of “fruit coming from death”.
“To be Glorified is not self-promotion, power or human exaltation, But To Give Your Life Fruitfully”.
If you want to find God’s Life, you have to lose your human life.
In Matthew 4:16-17, Jesus unfolds a prophetic truth for our day. Just before the Kingdom is revealed, the world will be enveloped in darkness, and for those seated in the shadow of death, LIGHT WILL DAWN. Beloved, what a Glorious time we are in. Have a look around – the world is enveloped in great darkness. Look at world events, I don’t need to enumerate them. But THE LIGHT IS GOING TO DAWN!! The darkness will die and give way to new Life in Jesus Christ as His Kingdom of love and peace is established on this earth. Praise to His Wonderful Name! The “LIGHT” is the establishing of His Kingdom.
David found this Truth. In Psalm 23 he said that in the valley of the shadow of death he feared no evil, because He knew the almighty delivering Power of Jesus Christ. Yes, David was a prophet and he was speaking to us today. I speak to all reading this that are enveloped in darkness and seated in the shadow of death. “Escape from the darkness and the fear of death. Bury it and let Light dawn upon you. There is Life in Jesus Christ. Arise up into Him and let His Life come into you”.
1. the common suffering that all are exposed to as a result of the fall, such as sickness, poverty, rejection, and hurts from others that affect our soul. Depression is a major sickness factor world-wide, particularly in developed countries.
2. things resulting from choices and decisions made in life. These may result from greed, ignorance and even stupidity.
3. The suffering under the hand of God. Where a person is truly committed to the Lord and has offered the sacrifices of a broken spirit and a contrite heart, He will accept them as living sacrifices and use them. This will include the perfecting process where He will work through the circumstances of life. Such is the case with His Elect. When these things happen, we are told not to think that some dreadful natural thing is happening to us, but that the Spirit of Glory is working in us.
Precious Sons of God, Jesus has dealt with the first two areas on the cross on our behalf, and whilst we may still experience aspects of them, there is Power in His Blood to set us free. But we live in the third realm, and should rejoice for the great privilege of our calling.
As the Lord said to me one day, “when we are perfected, we will feel that what we endured was not enough for the Glory that He will bestow upon us”. Beloved you cannot buy this calling, and there are no pretenders in the womb. Be at peace and know that The Lord has planned all things for the good of His Elect, and your sacrificial suffering is not in vain. We serve our Lord and King Jesus Christ. Carry this with humility yet with great pride, for it is Him we exalt, and to Him shall all men bow the knee and acknowledge Jesus Christ as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus awaits His Kingdom Day with great Joy, for it was for our total redemption that He went to satan’s domain after His death, and arose victorious that we may enter into His Life Immortal. Praise His wonderful Name.
Do not suffer for the sake of suffering or even submit yourself to the murder of the Sanhedrin of today, but stay in Ephraim where we will receive the double portion for our sacrificial suffering, until our birthing in Jerusalem on the Great and Glorious Day Of The Lord. When Jesus said to “take up your cross and follow Him”, He wasn’t meaning to find some avenue of suffering, He was warning what happens in the hearts of those who truly follow Him. You will have a cross, but it will follow your free-will offering to give up your human life as a sacrifice for Him. This means that you will have things to bear. Humiliation, hurts, rejection, loss of earthly things, and yes even mockery. But look at the Glory that follows, to come into His perfection and Immortal life which He transforms us into.
I Bless you in The Name.
ALL GLORY TO JESUS
